Hi ladies,

I will be swimming in the Atlantic and hanging out on the beach (weather permitting) in a few weeks. I'm bringing a spray bottle of thermal water and a little oil to put on while I'm on the beach and bunning until I can get to a shower.

Any other suggestions for hair care in the salt water and sandy beach?

some put lots of conditioner in their hair for the pool. Maybe the same for the salt water.

Keep us updated. I know just working out and sweating has my edges dry as all get out, so PLEASE be careful.

In my experience, salt water has actually been beneficial for my hair. It makes it soft and actually less tangly. In fact, now that I think about it, I used to add sea salt to my DC's every so often. I've only experienced this with natural hair, though. If you're relaxed, I'm not sure how it will affect your hair.
