Funny u should start this thread....I just noticed today,3 weeks into my relaxer, that I have a HUGE amount of new growth!!!! Funny thing is, its not the same amount all over...I have like over an inch of new growth at the front right corner of my head, close to my ear. I thought that maybe the area was underprocessed, but then why would it have taken so long for me to notice it? I have washed my hair twice since my touchup....Im so happy that I dont care so much about the reason...im doing the biotin dance...

Just did my order last night. Spend close to 30 bucks on some vits. I'm convinced that I'm obsessed
.Anyone ever used there L-Lysine 500mg tabs? I also order the Pantothenic Acid 500mg. Was that the right one for thicking the hair?

Do any of you guys know that PP do their Biotin in 5mg pills now
The downside is, it's not included in their offer so I don't think it works out cost effective. but keep an eye on it though, or maybe we should all demand for them to put it on a special offer.

I just ordered 3 bottles of Green Source multi and 3 bottles of the MSM 500mg capsules and my order came to $26.20. That's an average of $4.37 per bottle!!! About a 2 month supply. I think I did pretty good w/o going overboard.
