TIME IS RUNNING OUT FOR ME!!! :(

I have decided that if by the first week in October I dont hear back from the person who told me about another salon they would pay for me to get my hair done at that I will just go to another salon and get it done. I am at week 11 and I really cant wait any longer.

I have heard about a salon on 145th street called Dimensions and Designs or something close to it. Has anyone gone there? Do they use lye relaxers and do you need an appointment??? God bless you all.

hey azul...give them a holla at 212-862-4949...I believe they use lye relaxers, but i am not sure which ones....i have never been there, but i heard about them.

I called that number and no one answered. I then looked in the yellow pages to see if maybe the number had changed and called another number and yet again no answer. Is the salon closed??? God bless you all.

There is a salon on 147th and St. Nich called Lela and another one on 149th and 8th avenue called Vanessa (on the same block as Fa the hair braiding place). They both offer lye relaxers. I have been to both places and I prefer Vanessa because after she washed out the Affirm she used the 5 in 1 condition Lela didn't but I have a feeling that if I had asked Lela for the 5in1 she would have used it. I don't know their numbers but they are both listed.
