Did anyone ever ask their dr about natural remedies? I started taking garlic for shedding, a really strong one. Also we've never really talked about b complex for hair but it's really good for hair.
 
Anyone remember that thread someone made about having D deficiency
and it being a main factor to her hair loss? Well studies have shown that women with PCOS lack vit D. Maybe that could be a main reason for the hair loss. Either way I think that people should always check their vitamin levels because vitamin deficiency IMO is a cause of a lot of illnesses out here. Here's the article

I take vitamin D after the endocrinologist told me my levels were low last year. I was taking a garlic pill but was getting an upset stomach. Maybe it was the brand. I have been considering the B Complex. Maybe I will go ahead and take the plunge!
