My guess is that it would greatly depend on what she uses. Have you asked her exactly what shampoo and conditioner she uses?

We must be careful about the ingredients in these products.

My hair is too fine for a lot of them and could cause build up and breakage.:look:

I think i may do this on my relaxed hair and rollerset as usual. I'm thinking the curls should be even more hydrated and silky looking.
.

YES!! I used to do this awhile ago when my hair was shorter and the curls will be very silky and bouncy! Amazing :yep: I recommend it!

I've been doing this for the last couple of days and it's working pretty good. Using my condish as leave-in is working better than my Giovanni Direct.

i have been doing this for the past few weeks based off of http://biracialhair.org/Curly primer.html

i find for me that this actually works alot, my hair is thirsty enough and i clarify with ACV once a week... this so far gives me the easiest care free wash and go's

i find for me the best condishes are V05... or other slightly higher cheapie like sunsilk hydrate, or HE hello hydration. i havnt noticed breakage in fact my hair seems less tangled than usual.

i've been doing this lately with Herbal essences hello hydration. I put it in and squeeze the excess out. I put extra leave in on my ends only and my hair feels great. The only thing is now I can't be lazy and deep condition when i feel like it, I have to do it religiously every week after I've used diluted clarifying shampoo (there are cones in HH).

Yeah, I have been doing this the past couple of months. I used Garnier L&S leave in and recently bought the cond. also. So now I jsut use the cond as a leave in and get the same great results. I put in on my ends every morning and night. And my hair is really soft. It is a money saver cuz the leave in is 6 0z for $6 and the condis $3 for 17 oz. I'm happy.

I never rinse my conditioner when i'm wearing a rinse/wash and go. I just shampoo, rinse, then add enough conditioner just as I would a moisturizer and begin styling my hair. Makes washes go quicker that way! I do rinse out conditioner if I'm going to use direct heat to straighten.
