Looks like a good product. From the igredients I'd say it's a light protein with a little punch. Mostly coconut milk does the main strengthening, but it also has a little keratin and Silk in in toward the end.

I am going to try a month of all coconut based products and see how that goes, I have been very interested. I have only seen this line in SuperWalmart so far.

I LOVE Coconut Oil, I use it when my hair is semi dry after washing or CW, using it on wet hair makes my hair go hard and does nothing for me really on dry hair.
