This hair obsession.

I just did my hair in the shower, (Bought Lust today) after I got out. I started detangling puttin in leave ins, puttin it ponytail.

All this came first before Drying off, puttin on lotion and deordorant AND clothes. When I got done with my hair I was really, really ashy and body air dryed

It's really ridiculous that the hair gets first priority.

Am I the only cuckoo, around here??

ps Ladies do you think we should put our leavin's in after the hair has dried a bit?? I ask cause I notice that there's not a lot of hair when I'm detangling but when I put the hair lotion on theirs hair on my hand and in the comb when I try to comb it thourgh.

I thought I was the only one. I spend about 15 minutes in the mirror before I even think about lotion or anything of that sort.

It let my hair drip dry and then apply my leave-in.

You are not alone. I used to jump out, dry and get my body moisturized while it was damp to get the moisturizer's benefits...now the poor thing has to wait until I administer moisturizers, etc., to my hair FIRST!

When I was at home I did that. I'd be in my robe steadily getting ashy for at least half an hour while I tended to my hair. At school I always get dressed first while my hair is air-drying.

My hair seems to get #1 priority too! It's like it's most important to lock that moisture in my hair right away. Afterwards, I do my body.

I put on a robe and do my hair. Then, I get lotioned up and dressed.

It takes a good five minutes. May take just a little longer with longer hair!

I put my leave-in conditioner on (and other hair stuff) while I'm still in the shower. I also put my hair in a bun while I'm still in the shower.
