I found a shed hair on my shirt, and noticed that it looked way longer than I'm used to seeing, so I just measured it...it was 14.5" Thats the longest, any of my hair has been, to my knowledge (I don't usually measure). So that was happy moment #1.
I measured the hair at my nape, and its around 10.5 inches (the shed hair was from the crown/side). So even if my hair can only grow a maximum of 14.5 inches, all over, that would put me comfortably at midback (my long term goal). It would just have a layered look to it.
When I think about it like that, it makes it seem a lot more realistic for me to reach.
