I have a question I have not had a perm since August I trying my best to go until christmas. I usually get styles that require rollers at the top or fuller styles. Right now I get the ceramic fusion you can't even tell I have not had a perm but my concern is at the crown of my head there is a spot that is thinning. Any recommendations. I don't even put heat on my hair after my styles unless really needed. I try to maintain styles so I won't have to put heat on it all the time. And when I wear my hair straight I wrap it.:perplexed

Do you use color???

I know that for me, my hair broke off and thinned in this area from rubbing it out (layin' on the sofa, watching t.v., with my head resting on the arm). I quite sleeping like this and I started plaiting it up at night. I also wore satin bonet/scarf. It's still weak, but it's thicker and grew. HTH

Yeah I wear bonnets and pincurl my hair. So I don't i was thinking of trying the thickening products but I found those too oily. This lady at my job swears by the Dr. Miracles Serum I don't trust that I feel once you start and stop it will start thinning again. so we will see.
