Ladies who have had problems in the past w/thinning edges, I'm curious if any of you found success (thickening and filling in your edges) w/henna treatments?

I haven't used henna in a loooong time.
But don't recall having any of my present problems w/hairline thinning when I was using it regularly.

Also while reading some of the henna threads, I saw lots of ladies stating henna thickened their hair. So I wondered--why not edges...?

So, if anyone has had success w/this (or not)....please share!

Thanks!

I use henna 1-2x a month. Henna thickens the strands for sure. However, it doesn't grow in new hair. The thicker strands give the illusion of more hair.

Castor oil, however, seems to really help grow edges. Mine thinned from wigs and micros. Noticed new baby hairs after using castor for a little while--and it had been a year since my last use of wigs and micros. Nothing else filled them in.

Try the castor and see how that works.
