IT's ALL YALL'S FAULT! :angry2: LOL Nah, just kidding. Okay ladies, the blame isn't ENTIRELY on yall. HA HA. Nah, I think it's my sleeping habits. I sleep mostly on my left side and keep my laptop in the bed and rest my left side on my hand, pillow, etc. while surfing the net and watching T.V. so i think over time it just started to thin out. Plus, i wrap my hair in the same direction so maybe its time to switch. Look at my right side. It's fine.

My hair HAS thrived since joining this site so its just ironic that my edges start to thin after the fact. I already ordered my Growth Specifics Revitalizing Balm and i'm gonna attack it ASAP. I'm gonna be more consistent with my EO. I heard Rosemary & Peppermint Oil were good for growth. Aint no sense in braggin' bout your hair if your edges look like ish. Not gonna happen! Nope Not me! :nono:

I'll be trackin my progress. Any ladies experienced a hair downer AFTER joining the site? By coincidence or mishap?

I'm experiencing a hair downer now. My hair is CONSTANTLY shedding/breaking and I don't know WHY!! I never had this problem before LHCF. I guess I've just been doing too much. It could either be too much protein or too much clarifying. Things were working well for a while and now all of a sudden I can't even TOUCH my hair without strands just coming out on my hands!! :ohwell: It's SO depressing. I may have end up cutting it and losing all of the progress that I was so proud of. :perplexed My SO is gonna have a fit...

For me it has been all up hill...(I have greatly progressed both in hair and understanding) :yep:

But I can relate with the sleep thing. I too sleep on my left side and I find that my edges are thinnest on that side :ohwell:

I haven't had any bad experiences since joining LHCF. I've taken notes on different regimens that others use and do plan to try most of them. I won't try everything at once because its too much of a change for my hair and secondly I won't know whats ACTUALLY working. Right now I'm sticking to a simple regime and have mixed oil with a few leave-ins and distilled water for my moisturizing techniques.

Within a few months I plan to add or subtract according to how my hair is reacting to my current regimen.
