On the left side of my very thick hair on the edge, a little bald spot

has developed which i am very upset about. i really need some advice on how to combat this and grow my hair i that stop back!!!!! Please help!!!!!!

I'm not an expert, but I think that you should start with a good re-constructor. After that, use "Avalon" natural conditioner. I found that the Avalon product line keeps my hair strong.
Many blessings,

I could feel you there! I had the same experience till I used VIRGIN HAIR FERTILIZER. I hope it works for you.

There are 3 products that I know of geared to edges that thinning or experienceing breakage.

Profectiv Growth-N-Healing PROFECTIV WEBSITE
ORS Temple Balm
Glovers Mane (This stuff works, but smells BAD!)

Nioxin follicle booster worked for me and I also use
Profectiv anti-thinning circulant creme.
Frequent washing or misting that area with distilled water
will help it grow back faster.

I think you mean "Avlon" like the makers of the Affirm relaxer.

Or do you mean Avalon Organics?

NOooooo. Heaven's no. The last thing you need right now is a relaxer. I mean "Avalon Organics" line. It's in a green bottle. Ask for it at "Whole Foods" or another health food store. Please do not use relaxers right now.

I recommend either Nioxin Follicle Booster or Weleda Rosemary Hair Oil.

i recommend the ORS fertilizing temple balm as well..that worked for me...another thing that worked for me was sulfur 8 (even though it contains mineral oil it worked great in helping to fill in my bald spot that resulted from over processing)...HTH
