Thinking of buying some OCT...

I am thinking about buying Ovation. My hair is thinning a bit in the top but I mainly want to buy it for more growth. My hair has hit a platue so it's time to try something new. Thing is I don't want to pay full price for it without knowing it works. So I'm here to get some reviews. Ladies help me out.
