Thin weave!?

I am sooo frustrated right now! I tried to do a sew-in tonight and the weave is too thin. Either that, or I will have to put tracks very very close together on my head. Is that normal? How far part are the tracks supposed to be? It's taken me FOREVER and I just feel frustrated and I could use some advice.

When i used to wear weaves the girls would just double the tracks

Try placing the tracks a bit closer at the top. That way you have some fullness and the hair cascades to cover the back. The tracks at the back dont need to be too close or you'll get a weird hump.

I dont do installs myself but I watch closely when my stylist does it.
