It is inevitable that I use heat on my hair at least twice a week now. Do those heat activated conditioners really condition your hair every time you use heat? Has anyone tried them?

Thermasilk didn't do a lot for me, but I used it back when I wasn't taking care of my hair very well too. For a heat protectant I like Nexxus Headress, New Image Damage Free and/or Profectiv Healthy Ends. The first two I use on wet hair before drying and the HE is a must to use before flat ironing!
