That was why I decided to always have packages delivered to my office. I know I will get them that way. All packages are left with our admin assistant, and she brings mine to me . Try doing the same thing if your job permits.

the same thing happened to me when i ordered my ovation. seems like ups is giving ppl alot of problems.

I always make sure my packages have order confirmation. Sorry about your package.

So sorry, I know you are fuming about the theft.
My UPS guys know to never leave packages out front-they'll take them back, try another day or put them over the back locked fence..a small note beneath the door bell warns against anyone leaving parcels there. Last UPS delvery I missed, read the notice then called the depot telling them I'd pick it up...never even knew that option existed!

I'm sorry that happened, that is awful that's why I have my packages sent to my job or I just purchase locally.
