What do you ladies use for flat ironing and curling?

I tried redken heatglide but I was not estatic about it.

Right before I flat iron I use about a dime-sized amount of Dudley's Creme Press. I rub it in between my hands and then rub through my hair.

I was using dudley's creme press for a while there also for my flat-ironing...maybe I need to revisit..hmmm but I have discovered Designs Essentials Pure aloe serum is excellent and smells yummy without being to strong. NTM is also my other fav.

I switch between Biosilk Silk Therapy, Dudley's Creme Press and Beyond the Zone Heat Styling Spray. I realy like the Biosilk the best---it doesn't leave my hair greasy.

If you don't like Redken, try Keracare's Silken Seal. It can be a little costly if you use it as much as I do, but it really is some good stuff.

Also many ladies like the Fantasia IC Hair Polisher and Biosilk Silk Therapy, 2 that I have never tried.

I use Loreal Nature's Therapy Heat Control Leave In Protection Creme on freshly washed hair to help detangle and protect against heat; then I air dry if time permits. And just prior to flat ironing dry hair I spray each section with Ion Heat Protection Straightening Iron Spray.

I have 3 that I use....Kera Care Silken Seal, Beyond the Zone Turn Up the Heat and Biosilk Silk Therapy. I havent' tried NTM healing serum but hear it's pretty good.:p
