The most Disgusting Shampoo Ever!

I was at a local health food store (Lindberg Nutrition) checking out their clearance sale. I picked up a bottle of Desert Essence Tea Tree Shampoo that had been marked down from $8.95 to $1.99.

According to the bottle, it's organic, all natural ingredients and 100% Vegan so I figured how can you go wrong for $1.99?

When I poured it in my hand to wash, it came out runny but I was like whatever. Once applied, it literally felt like somebody had spit all over my hair. I quickly rinsed it out, then shook up the bottle because I thought maybe since it's natural the ingredients separated.

Naw son, shaking up the bottle changed the runny mucus feeling into all out flu like sneeze consistency.

I couldn't tell you if it's done any good or bad to my hair because as soon as I rinsed it out, I used another shampoo to make sure it was all out.

I don't recommend it even for $1.99. I don't know about any of their other products and considering this experience I doubt I'll pick up anything else from this brand.

Haven't tried their hair line but there skin line is awesome. I have had an issue with adult acne and have tried everything and their skin wash and the tee tree oil blemish stick is incredible and actually work.

Thanks for the post on the hairline products.

I rarely use 'Poo, but I had a few of their Conditioners in a Cybe-Cart a while back, but took them out. Something just did not look right. I don't know what it was.erplexed

Glad I decided against them. Although, I woulda' had No Problem Sending the Straight Back with the Quickness.

Sorry that you had a bad experience. Their Thoroughly Clean Face Wash is on point though...

I tried their Italian Red Grape poo and hated it. It sounds soooo good, but it dried my hair out.
