Wow! Maybe that's why I'm experiencing this! It has never happened to me in the past, and now I'm irregular and very "light".... Hmmm...

I'll have to pick up this book. I've read other things by Earl Mindell (the Vitamin Bible etc.) and find that he is very informative.

I just started taking 10 000 mg of Equate msm today. I've heard that it can cause breakouts as it detoxes and was wondering what I can do or take to keep my skin clear? I already drink at least a gallon of water everyday...I've heard that a particular b vitamin counteracts this effect, but I can't remember which one it is, can anyone help? TIA.

I started taking some about every other day or less about 3 weeks ago. It miraculously managed to give me pimples, and I didn't even take that much.

I can't drink too much water, because I'll be in the bathroom all day at work.

MissJ, the breakouts are due to toxins in your body that MSM is trying to flush out. I believe if you stick with it eat well, reduce your intake of junk food, sodas, smoke..., exercise and make yourself drink lots of water, this acne stage will pass and you will have clear beautiful skin.

Everyone at my job is drinking oodles of water so going to the bathroom every hour has become very normal around there.
