NYC Ladies,
If you wouldn't mind, who or where in the city does the BEST hair weaves. I want to get a sew-in before I start school again and I want it done right. I've had some bad experiences!!! So if anybody who knows anything about a weave master in the city could just chime in with their name and some contact info i'd greatly appreciate it!!!
