macherieamour said:ok, we all know Im gonna say Keracare BUT I must add Jane Carter Solution to the list.
My stylist used it on me this past thursday and my hair is super soft and moisturized. She used the moisturizing shampoo (very moisturizing) the conditioner (smelled great, didnt detangle as much as humecto to) and the healthy butter stuff (smelled great and absorbed well). I might make this my new alternate line![]()

I've been trying to resist Keratase, Oribe, and Alterna for the sake of my pockets; I'm afraid to get hooked!

My broke butt went and got the cheap version of their stuff! Don’t judge me! LolThese are all the brands that I've used over the years, but like any other range some products are hit and miss. I'm surprised I'm not broke!![]()
I tried the Curly line years back and was not impressed with it.I've been eyeballing Aveda for a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong...time.
Has anybody tried the Be Curly or Avanti lines from them?
I see these lines(Keratase, Joico, Amika) at TJ Maxx/Marshalls often. Are they better than the usual hair care suspects?Design Essentials
Keracare
Kérastase
Joico
Amika
To me yes, I typically prefer salon products over drugstore brands because I like the results on how my hair turnout and feels. When I had my hair colored the Kérastase shampoo didn't strip or dull out my color. I know Joico has a lot of repair products and the Moisture Recovery Treatment Balm is moisturizing.I see these lines(Keratase, Joico, Amika) at TJ Maxx/Marshalls often.
