Thanks Allandra and everyone who has posted tips on rollersetting. I finally had the perfect roller set! After reading Allandra's recent post about SOAKING wet hair, I realized that I was not soaking my hair to have a rollerset like my stylist does it. Since my hair was soaking wet with a mixture of Lottabody texturizing setting lotion and distilled water (Thanks Sweet Cocoa) it took 2 hours+ to dry. I went to sleep in the rollers, it was difficult but, I couldn't sit under the dryer any longer, had to get some sleep for work.
I took some of the rollers out on one side and tried to just sleep on that side. Anyway, this morning I took out the rest of the rollers rubbed some Kemi Oyl through my hair and finger styled. So thanks ladies for all of your tips! My hair is shiny, bouncy, and smooth, and let me say again the Shine!
