so i've had these yarn braids in for 2 months and ive been re tightening them as i wash them. Today I looked in the mirror as i was redoing one and saw this

ETA: im about 3 months post so i'm anticipating length after my relaxer.
i sweada GAUD no one is trimming my hair. uneven ends past 6 weeks whatever, im trimming my hair once a year and thats it. I know most of yall will crucify me for that but I never believed in trimming

I hear you on trimming. Just do a search and destroy for splits and KIM. If you are in protective styles no reason for a deep trim, IMO. Cathy Howse makes a great point regarding trimming and I have been following suite since day 1 .
