I've hennaed my hair before, but I was very pleased with the results of this process. I followed the henna gloss recipe that Lavendar listed on her fotki. My hair turned out blingin' shiny . My hair usually has a shine to it, but I've never noticed it being this shiny before.

you've got really pretty hair - glad it worked well for you!

Oooh, pretty!

I'm bout to go to her fotki for that recipe NOW!

Thanks ladies :). I substituted some ingredients. I used hendigo powder (henna mixed with indigo leaves. I bought it at whole foods) I didn't have all the oils she had (she had some really good ayurvedic oils, I only had coconut oil, neem oil, and vatika oil so I used them instead). Also she used Brahmi oil and I substituted for Brahmi powder. And I used a different conditioner than she used, but other than that I followed her directions, lol.
