Less than 2 weeks. Like 10 days then I laid off got my relaxer and started back today.
It makes your hair very coily though.

- the first week I tried to do twice a day morning and before bed. Then last week I skipped a day and forgot to put it on at night. Still did the job. My co worker pointed out my side filled out yesterday.
