usually a texturizer and relaxer are the same, with a texturizer its just not left in until the hair is bone straight. there are also texturizer products like the kind they have for men or that new one marketed toward women called "short and easy" or something like that
they usually use the same chemical as a relaxer some use others chemicals. i cant think of the name of it it starts with a t i will try and look it up for you. but it supposed to be more gentle then lye or nolye. they use it in the jerry curl type perms. only when you use it to straighten curl you dont use rollers. i dont know what TXTZR is, does it stand for something?
