So I was browsing around in walmart today and I don't know what made me head to the hair dying section. I ended up buying textures and tones honey blonde hair color. I've been wanting to go light for the longest. I am kinda scared to use permanent color but I thought I'd give it a shot. Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with textures and tones? There's no ammonia which I think is a plus, but I'm sure if not taken care of the damage will come. TIA!
