Tell Me What You Know About Ellin Lavar Products ;)

I know some of you NYers have been to her salon in the past, and now she has launched a product line that is being sold at Ulta. Looks interesting, any reviews or info???

at first i bought the shampoo and the anti-frizz serum, i can't remember the names.
i felt the shampoo was okay. i didn't think it was bad but i don't think it was horrible. now the serum is awful. ellin lavar just sent all the managers free samples of the shampoo, mask, leave-in, and serum. so once i was my hair i will post results for u. all the stylist at my job love the products. they say they work great together.

When I was in Ulta, a hair stylist from their salon mentioned that line to me. He said that he "loves to use it on ethnic hair" and he really recommends it. I never got myself to try it though... It's reasonably priced, so might eventually.

ok sorry i took so long to respond. i used the moisturizing shampoo and then followed the reconstructor. all i can say is that i love the reconstructor, it makes your hair so soft and full of moisture. it has protien and u can use it weekly if u like. anyway i think everyone should try this product. it is great. the ellin lavar stuff will be buy 2 get 1 free starting sunday at ulta.

I just looked at Ellin's website and I realize this is an old thread but I'd like to bump for more responses. Has anyone tried this line and had good results?
