Im taking Biotn and prenatals...and now Im thinking about trying Chlorella or Kelp...is this bad? :-)

You guys know much better than I do...please give me ur feedback
 
ummmmm.....I don't think so, IMO. I take like 5 vitamins a day, so to me that's not bad, but don't over do it.....I know I can over do it, but I doing much better now.....I'm just trying to see what works good for me......you should be fine......HTH
 
any nutritionists in the house? i know that kelp contains things like idodine, iron and some other stuff. i wonder if some of the nutrients in kelp are also found in your prenatals and if you are getting too much of anything that way. its hard to say if you are overdoing it without knowing how much you are taking of each ingredient that is in EACH supplement that you are taking.
 
Nope, I don't think so at all. Chlorella is a superfood, so there's really no overdoing it with that. People have been known to take up to 10,000 mg NOT mcg of biotin daily without ill effects. Of course I wouldn't recommend taking that much ;) If you have any thyroid problems, kelp would be great for that.

Anywho, I've seen people take 10 or more different supplements daily, so prenatals, biotin and chlorella or kelp doesn't seem like overkill to me. Not even close :)
 
Doesn't sound like you are overdoing it to me. I take a multi-, biotin, chlorella and b-complex(to balance out the biotin) daily.
 
not really, I'm currently taking a Hair, Skin, and Nails vitamin, garlic, and a double dose of fish oil pills... Honestly though, once my garlic runs out and my HSN runs out, i'm just gonna stick to fish oil and this pGNC1-4121517nm[1].jpg...just for a few months and see what that does for me. I'm tired of taking vitamins...lol
