taking vitamins

I wondering if I start a vitamin regime how often should I take them? I am not a very good vitamin taker, I know some may say take 1-3 daily or 1-4 daily, but what if I for get to take one during the day would it throw me off and would it mess up my chances to reach my goal faster in other words what can I do to remember to take the vitamins on time when I start them. open for any advice thank you ladies in advance
 
One suggestion would be to take them all at once if they call for multiple doses a day. Also, if you place taking vitamins along with something you do everyday, it will be easier to remember to take them. I always take mine during the opening credits of my nightly double take of The Cosby Show on nick at nite.
 
I take my vitamins twice daily and here is my updated list:

Centrum Advanced Liquid- 1 tbsp daily
Cod liver oil-1 softgel-2xdaily
Super B-complex with vitamin c and flic acid-1 tablet daily
Mother Nature's Best Hair Growth Herbal Formula-2/2x daily
L-lysine-1 tablet daily -1 hr prior to meal or on empty stomach
Biotin-600 mcg-2/2xdaily
Evening primrose oil-500 mg-2/2xdaily
vitamin e with selenium-400iu-e-100mcg selenium-1/2xdaily
msm-1000mg-1/2xdaily
flax seed oil-1000 mg-1/2xdaily
 
I always take mine with dinner , right after the last bite, i reach for the vitamins my daughter already put in a baggie for me to take...awww she's so sweet.
 
Vitamins usually have directions when to take them on the bottle
