Can switching products frequently be detrimental to the hair no matter how good the quality of the products are? I've heard that having consistency with products is better for your hair. What are your thoughts on this? Should you basically find a set of products that work best for your hair and stick with them for a while?

Thanks in advance,
Jen

That sounds like a very sensible thing to do. I mean, if you find something that gives you good results why would you want to interfere with that progress? I think the only time one should change if something in one's hair is amiss and a product is failing to do what it's supposed to. Then by all means, try out what others have sang praises about. After all, not everyone's hair responds the same way to the products out there. So finding what makes your hair happy and sticking with it seems to me the right thing to do.
