Hello,

Does anyone here advocate for routinely alternating your washing regimen each week? For instance, one week using a protein DC. Another week using a moisturizing DC. I was thinking that changing up on your hair can make the products work better when you use them....Does that make sense to anyone? Like too much of a good thing can be bad....Ya know?

Thanks.

That's what a lot of folks here do. Protein one week, moisture the next :yep:

Or...if you're like me who washes 2x per week.....I do Protein-Wednesdays and Moisture-Saturdays....LOL!!:lachen:

My Advice would be: Find Your Perfect Balance. On My Quest for Healthy Hair, becoming a DIY, I made it a Point to alternate between Protein & Moisture. My weekly Regimen consisted of alternating between the two.

Because I had Dry, Brittle, Severly Damaged and Overly Pororus Hair. So for me, it's been all about the Balance.:yep:
