Sweating before relaxing

how long should you wait before you relax?

i want to relax today because i cant stand not being able to scratch my scalp but i was baking a few hours ago and i felt my scalp getting hot under my wig while in the kitchen. should i wait to relax or would it be ok to relax now?

You should wait...your head will be on fire because your pores are wide open. You could try sitting under a COOL dryer until your hair is totally dry but I would recommend probably waiting a day.

Speaking from experience - I relaxed after sweating from cooking in the kitchen and I paid for it...my head was lit up...even after I sat under a cool dryer...
