I have been trying to call it all morning and it keeps saying "call cannot be completed as dialed" The number I have been callling is 1-888-816-8144.

Does it work for everyone else?

I don't know why it doesn't work for me. I wonder if that number only works in the United States?

It just rang and rang and rang for me. I made a post about it on the vendors board and someone responded with the direct (toll) number if you still want to try to talk to someone.
