Does anyone know if walgreens or walmart sells surge?

I checked the local walgreens and couldn't find it. I even went to all the local beauty supply stores, pharmacies and even Pathmark. I ended up ordering online out of fustration. After hearing all the rave reviews about it I had to get it to combat some damage to the right side of my hairline from wearing braids for the past year. I purchased it from www.paynesbeautysupply.com for 5.99 each plus 7.95 shipping and handling.

It's 5.99. It's pretty expensive.
