Surge Ultra Max as a hair moisturizer (has the perfect light, non-greasy, whipped consistency), but I didn't have very good success with it on my scalp. My scalp and creamy scalp stimulants/pomades just don't seem to get along. As a hair moisturizer, it does a wonderful job at fighting humidity and keeping my hair from frizzing. And it doesn't weigh my hair down at all. It's definitely a keeper!!!!

It smells really good and it is definitely a good moisturizer.

I use this on my hair too. It didnt give good scalp results but its excellent for my ends. I stop seeing those little hairs after using this.
