Surge....Quick Question Please :-)

Hello.
I've been looking for about 1 month for this product now. It's not in my area. Well I finally got a store manager who is willing to order it for me. One problem though...I need a UPC code from the bottle of Surge Plus 14 and also the Moisture aide if you have that one too.
Can anyone help with this? If someone could please provide that I would really appreciate it.
