Super crunchy hair after rollerset

I used used Fantasia provitamin wrapping lotion and now I can't even put a comb through my hair. How do I soften it without ruining my hard work?

Try oil sheen/moisturizer. But it seems the product is too
much for your hair or too much was used.

Try scrunching oil into your hair. That should soften it up at least a little.

This has happened to me when I used too much setting lotion. I find it helps to really dilute if you do use something like this. A little oil or something like frederic fekkai glossing cream or a dab of vita pointe should do the trick. HTH

Use a finishing creme or oil as the ladies have suggested but just a small amount until the hair softens. If you are using a liquid lotion, you have to seriously dilute it to avoid the crunchy hair. I use a foam wrap in a pump and I only use one small pump on soaking wet hair. I apply it on the mid length to the ends only, it doesn't go anywhere near my roots.
