I bought some today after hearing some good things about it. But there is no instruction for use on the container. For those who use this cream...How do you use it?

BTW, It smells so good.

As a mild protein. 30 minutes...with heat.

I also used it with heat because it didn't do anything for me without it.

Sometimes this conditioner acts funny- some days like a cholesterol other days like a mild protein treatment.

I like the smell too.

I leave it on for 5-15 min without heat.
