I only used it for a short time, applied only to my ng and I wore my hair in a bun afterwards. It makes your hair really elastic so definitely pay attention to how your hair reacts to it. I liked it - didn't care fmuch or the 24/7 creme - I'm six weeks post again so I may have to check it out again!
