There are some on the recipe board. I can't remember mine but I mixed coconut oil, castor oil, sulphur and a little lavendar oil. You can get your peppermint from any natural food store like Vitamin Cottage or wild oats. You can also get them online via From Nature with Love. There is a sticky at the top that has a discount code for FNWL. Bev got us the hookup. HTH Q
