What are the pro and cons of sulfur? I've noticed other members mentioning the use of it in their regimen. Curious as to how it works.

the pros are that it does the same thing as MTG without the smell...the cons are be careful not to get it on your skin, it can cause your skin to become irritated, chaffed, dry and itchy...i learned that after applying it to wet scalp and having it run down the back of my neck and causing dry irritated skin on my neck and back.

Could you use MSM instead of sulfur powder?
some people do use msm instead but i am not sure of the results. I was actually thinking of doing that myself just because i dont like the effects it has on my skin, and that is hard to control because it does seep down to your neck a little at some point, if you sweat or whatever. Im not sure how to start a post or forum or whatever you call it to discuss that - but I would like to know as well - about msm vs sulfur results.
