But I know some ladies know that itching means growth.

I think it's more of an individual thing.

Some people get growth dandruff

Okay, I had itching when I started taking NIOXIN, and then it stopped, even though I am still taking 2 a day. So maybe I will continue for anothr week or so... I just started, so maybe my scalp may have to get used to it. I will give two weeks, and see if it stops:perplexed

For me it meant a bad case of dermatitis. i continued using it through the itching and burn for months thinking this is what it felt like for the growth. I lost a lot of hair. I am trying to regain scalp health now. my products are tea tree shampoo, tea tree scalp serum, rosemary, healing oik by dr miracles. it still itches if i dont use these things. never had a scalp issue before mtg. this is not to psyche you into thinking its bad. but be objective about it I would say.

Ive never experienced any itching as I grow, but I know that many women have. Its just not been my experience. :)

I had a lot of itchng when I mixed sulfur with some of my oils and my hair began to fall out. I think Im allergic to sulfur.

Okay, thanks ladies for all the advice. I used the sulphur products again last night and no itching today. So I am not sure what is going on... I will use it to end of Janurary... and see what happens and hope for the best. If the itching continues, I will discontinue the products..

I agree, If you use Sulfer and it itches, stop use. Alot of folks are allergic to sulfer and it could kill you. One woman took an antibiotic with sulfer and it cause all of her skin to fall off include the internal skin that protects the inside. Amazingly she didnt die, she never knew she was allergic to Sulfer. Saw it on Medical Incredible.
