Does anyone know of a sulfate-free clarifying poo that can be easily purchased in stores? I know that Eluence makes a great clarifying poo, but I have to order that online....I'd prefer one that I could easily buy from a BSS or drugstore.

Thanks in advance!

Did you check Aubrey Organics? I am not sure but I think that they make one and you can buy it a vitamin shoppe. HTH

I was considering the Giovanni Tea Tree...thanks for that reminder. That would give me an excuse to pick up some more Direct Leave-In, too. Love that stuff.

Aubrey Organics Green Tea Clarifying Shampoo and Avalon Lemon Clarifying Shampoo are 2 others, but they are not good if you have hard water.

I'm not sure about clarifying but Hask MD Medicated Shampoo is really great for any scalp conditions such as dandruff. I think it removes any product build-up on my scalp so it might work for your clarifying needs. I'm not picky about SLS but its SLS-free.

What's wrong with a sulfate clarifier? You want it to strip your hair so you can start fresh with moisturization, right?

personally I don't know of anything bad health wise but I am sure there are claims of that. But, I do know that people that color try to avoid sulphates because they strip the color. I am not against them personally, though. My favorite shampoos contain sulfates. But I have read that some sulfates are milder than others.

i never used this so i can't give a review but i see it in the store all the time

I really don't like the way the sulfate shampoos make my hair feel. And I have to use tons of conditioner afterwards to untangle my hair.
