First of all, I am soo glad I finally got on here, man I thought I'd never get to post something. I'm a new member and I want to know about some great moisturizing conditioners that you guys (who have relaxed hair) have used that have done wonders for your hair to give it moisture. I read on the Mostions Website about using CPR for 30 days (no poo method just deep condition it for 15 mins with CPR) Suppose to slow or stop breakage and make hair thicker. Just wondering should I try that or what works for you guys. Then I want to know about using Jojoba oils or ends...do you guys do that too to keep them from becoming frayed or what do you all use on your ends. Thank you in advance and I can't wait to read your responses. My hair is to my shoulders but I want it to grow long and healthier. Any suggestions that have worked in your lenght and health of hair is welcomed. Thank you !

Don't use the search feature at the bottom of the page
Click on search at the top of the page
Then choose "in subject"--that will narrow your search
Type in Moisturizing Conditioner or +Moisturizing Conditioner

Have fun

I recently started using Kenra Moisturizing Conditioner...and I love it! It really does work wonders.

The best thing to use on your ends are natural oils. Coconut oil is very moisturizing...and helps with growth. To prevent your ends from getting frizzy or frayed....try spraying distilled water on them and seal it with your favorite oil. After they dry...braid them up.

It was recommened to me a few months ago...and it has helped prevent the poofy ends look.

Ok so can I buy coconut oil at a health food store? And if I spray distilled water on my ends then seal it with coconut oil, should i just braid at the ends of my hair or should i braid all of my hair? Thanks!

Ronica

You can buy coconut oil at most food stores. I get my coconut oil online at ishopindia.com (parachute brand). When I braid, I put my hair in two pony tails and make sure that I get my ends in the braid. I have trouble when I get to the end of my hair (lazy fingers i guess). If you want to only braid your ends...I'm sure that will work too.

Let me know how it works out for you. :-)

Hi Ronica, welcome to the board. I have mostly 4a (with some 4b and 3c areas throughout) relaxed hair. Kera Care Humecto Creme Conditioner works wonders for me. I have also gotten conditioning treatments at a salon with Design Essentials Stimulations Super Moisturizing Conditioner (It has a really nice peppermint scent and produces a rejuvenating tingle to the scalp). Nothing has worked better at keeping my ends looking nice than Kera Care Essential Oils For The Hair. Hope this helps.

I use S-curl for my ends. It has helped me alot. My ends are no longer breaking off. Good luck on your search. WELCOME!!

Surprisingly, Pantene relaxed and natural moisturizing conditioner is awesome, and at a great price under $4.00. Your hair will be silky and soft.
