Suggestions Anyone?

I'm hoping that some of you if you will can make suggestions as to what is the best daily washing shampoo..etc. in your opinion.

I have to wash my hair every couple of days...sometimes every 3 days as I feel it needs it. I just don't want to strip away the natural oils and dry it out.

This should not include conditioning washes right now.

Elucence MB Shampoo. I can't speak highly enough of this one. It leaves my hair SO moist, even before the conditioner. Oh, and it smells yummy, like a Sex on the Beach!

I'm having to wash my hair w/ shampoo, more frequently. I use Breakthru Shampoo and absolutely love it! My hair remains very moisturized and easy to comb.

I've started shampooing and conditioning daily, I've been using Botanoil.

I'd use Breakthru, think CON minus the nasty film that leaves.
