Successfully used the Goldwell Elumen ?

Has anyone here successfully used the Goldwell Elumen at home? without running into any issues? I am not a licensed hairstylist however, I am interested in trying this at home. We only seem to have a few stylists here in Philly that do this but they aren't convenient for me. Any advice? Feedback? etc?

I used it at home for a couple years before I discovered Henna. It was the best colouring system I had prior to Henna. I had my first few treatment at a salon and then researched it and found it online.

I had no damage whatsoever and it never washed out. It only grew out. It has a product that you can use to wash out the colour but I never used it so I cannot comment on that. You can go darker but not lighter unless you use peroxide first. It covers greys completely and they have a good choice of colors, though I found the online palette a bit confusing. Good product overall- best chemical colour I had ever used. They also sell a treatment that goes with the colour but it is so small- 2 DC's and it is finished.
