I didn't have a fro but for my short cuts as a relaxed head, I would go to my stylist, and have my barber clean me up. For the style in the pics, I'd go to a stylist.

Thanks for all replies. Sometimes I see women on the barbershop getting cuts so I wondered about this. I'll go to a stylist for my cut.

Thanks again.

You could start off with a stylist and then maintain the cut with a barber. Personally i opted for a barber, im my case, he actually liked working on natural hair females, expecially those wanting to do the big chop.

I was my (sons') barber's first big chop and he was very mindful of keeping me feminine looking. (I think it has to do with a man knowing how he wants a woman to look!) If I were to maintain it low, I would continue to use him.

Exactly! You hit it right on the head. My barber was set on making sure that I looked feminine and polished. He thought about how he would want his Sister or Wife to be looking and he knew it was his reputation as a barber on the line, lol. He got a lot of business thereafter from ladies who wanted to go natural.

OP, that's a cute hair cut. Let us know how it turns out for you. :)
