Yes, but I dunno if its really doing anything. So I'll continue to take it just to finish them up...after this, Im gonna try Fo-ti and spirulina. Heard better things about them for hair growth than NAC.

Yes. I am getting good results, but I'm also doing a bunch of other stuff, so I'm not sure I can link it to NAC.

^ :giggle:

yah mannn, I'm serious about my vits. :yep: I take them for lupus but it just so happens that the same vits are good for hair growth.

I have been taking it for approximately 4 months. I take it with some other supplements and together my hair is growing and getting much thicker ( as if that was possible lol). I am happy!

Started taking it after I saw bronzebombshell said she was, now I see happilyme is too??? Oh yeah!! Hey whats the difference between l cysteine and n-acetyl cysteine???

I just started today. I'm goingto straighten my hair this week so that I can post starting pictures. I'm hoping it makes my hair fuller. I've been taking chlorella since mid June and that made my hair grow an inch and a half in a month (had to hack off some ends though :( but that was before I started juicing) but I'm hoping the NAC helps with fullness and overall hair health.

Ive been taking them for 2 months so far as an antioxidant so its an added bonus if theres hair growth involved

I started a few months ago. I never knew the proper dose so I just take one pill with dinner which is 600mg. Now that I see folks are taking 2000mgs I guess I need to up my dose. I just took 2 pills (1200mg). I'll do that for a while to see how I tolerate it.

I recently decided not to take it, so I stopped. My nails turned into a nightmare, splitting and chipping everywhere. I thought if that could happen to my nails after I stopped, who knows what's gonna happen to my hair! So not only did I start back again, I'm upping my dosage from 1200mg to 2000mg. Let's see where this takes me.
