I need some advice as far as using my steamer while having a demi permanent black dye in my hair. I wanna know will steaming strip my color away. I ask because when I had a semi before, it did. I have been trying color protect shampoos such as Kenra, keracare, and moroccan oil but no matter how many poos I try they always leave my hair hard and tangly. I have been forced to use my beloved ors creamy aloe. This poo never fails me. I simply cannot tolerate a poo or con that will leave me with tangly hair. I have a need for slip because I will lose hair without it.
I am 5wks post, my ng is coming in, and i'm feeling the need for a deeep moisturizing conditioning session. I figured my steamer would be good for this so if you steam and have a demi please chime in. Also if you can recommend a color care and/or sulfate free poo that detangles, I would appreciate that. TIA!
